Busy Busy!!

So.... I knew i should never have started a blog. I'm TERRIBLE at keeping it up to date. So for those of you out there that actually look at my blog. I'm sorry. I have already taken pictures of the new house, but can't find to connector to get them on the computer. So hopefully soon.

Anyways, the reason for being so busy is I finally started my home salon!!! Yay!! So all of our time, money and any effort we had left at the end of the day was in putting it together! (You will also see pictures soon. Or even better, COME STAY WITH US!!) But i did want to let you know things are good with us here. We didn't die or anything! lol

Poor Gus Gus!

So funny story.... I was at work one day and my co-worker Amanda and i were at the front desk of the salon. As i was ringing up a client, Amanda started to back away like there was a spider or something. I immediately got freaked out and asked her "What?, What is it?". I looked down as Gus Gus startled the crap out of me as he scurried off over our feet and behind our product shelves. Needless to say, i was hoping we didn't see him anymore that day.
I thought for sure that we would leave work that night and we would never see him again. I was wrong. A week later i saw him tearing from the back room to the front and under our front desk again. I was nervous because we had a few clients in the salon at the time:( We ended up scaring him out from behind the desk and of course all of us girls at the salon started screaming! Things just continue to get worse. Later that night... Gus Gus came back. I was the only one on the floor at the time, but we had a massage going on so i had to be quiet. (no screaming!) So i gracefully chased cute Gus Gus all over the salon cornering him behind some chairs and bopping him on the head with the broom a few times. I even made him bleed. I FELT HORRIBLE. I knew i had to do it though as it is not good business to have mice lounging around. Anyways, I went home and shed a tear and i hope i never see little Gus Gus again! LOL

Ouch!

I know what you might be thinking.... Who's ugly close up is that? Well i will tell you.. it is mine! Lol i got my eyeliner tattooed a couple of weeks ago and this was as it was healing. You can see a little of the bruising under my eye. It hurt so so bad but i would totally do it again because it is so nice not to ever have to put eyeliner on again!
Me with no makeup. Just the new eyeliner! I have had this done before but it was done with a soft tap pen and not the gun. Thus it hurting a lot more this time with the tattoo gun. It will stay a lot longer too. Up to 20 years!

Matt's cute mom, sisters and niece & nephew! Michelle, Matt, Julie, Stacy, Marisa, Dylan, Katie, and Kelsey! They were more than half of what trick or treaters we got this year! Such cute costumes!

This year for Halloween Matt was V from the movie "V for Vendetta" and of course you can tell i was a ladybug! It was way fun to dress up and I even dressed up for work that day too!
